In the unlikely event that you do fail, our OSPRE Total Care™ package will provide you with free continued support until the next national exam and we will keep supporting you until you pass.

Total Care™ - Terms and Conditions

Total Care™ only applies to the OSPRE Part 1 Professional Kits
You will need to send us a copy of your fail certificate
You must have paid a non-discounted price for the Study Kit
You will receive your support by download only
You can order a new CD if you wish, BUT there will be a £20 administrative and handling charge
We will provide support until the next exam that you are elligible to take
If you do not take the next elligible exam, then you will have to pay for any subsequent continued support.
The charges for that support will be £49.95 (Sergeant) or £59.95 (Inspector)
