Terms and Conditions

  1. The Computerised Study Kit is a software product. Premier Kits comprise the relevant software product together with the latest version of the Blackstone's Police Manuals.
  2. All our prices include everything - VAT and delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.
  3. Payment through this website is by any of the credit or debit cards identified on the order form. Payment must be made in full before the goods are despatched.
  4. These offer prices are valid until 31st July 2008
  5. The contract with Advance Training is formed when you click on the 'Order your software' button on the order form
  6. The contract is concluded in the English language
  7. Computer software falls within the "exempted categories" of the Distance Selling Regulations. However we do allow the order to be returned for a full refund provided that the seal on the software has not been broken. This offer ends within 7 working days of the date in which the order was despatched. No such refund is available for software downloads once the software has been activated with the serial number provided to you.
